Overview
Under
the Licensing Act 2003 a single integrated system was
introduced throughout England and Wales regulating the
retail sale of alcohol, the supply of alcohol in a club,
the provision of certain entertainment and the provision
of late night refreshment.
Many of the provisions made in the Act are expanded upon
in various Regulations made under the Act.
Under this legislation local authorities in each geographical
area in England and Wales are responsible for all forms
of alcohol, late night refreshment and entertainment licensing
regulated by the Act.

40 multiple choice questions.
