The Customer and Drinks Service unit is designed to give
the barperson an introduction to the skills they will
need to work professionally in the bar. The barperson
will be able to identify the basic service standards they
must meet when working in on-licensed premises.

What is the course duration?
This qualification can be taken at your own pace, but
the examination must be taken within eight weeks of registering.

Barperson's Qualification - a national qualification for
persons working in on-licensed premises in England and
Wales.
