APT was formed a number of years ago by Robert Lamberton - who is a highly respected expert in the field of hospitality training. Robert continually maintains his links with police and local authorities, and is a Business Development Specialist with expertise in licensing, security, and all aspects of the hospitality industry. In addition to the training courses APT also provides a Consultancy for new licensing laws, business development, and accounting practices.

We are competent at teaching the skills needed at all levels in the hospitality trade, including

• Basic basic bar tending skills, food hygiene, first aid
• Intermediate cellar management and security skills
• Regulated Entertainment Licence, Premises & Personal Licence Holders

Being specialists in our subjects, we are not confined to just teaching operators in the hospitality field, we also operate courses to provide licensing authorities (police & local authorities) with the knowledge & skills required to issue & control Entertainment Venues and all Licences involved in operating Licensed Premises.
