"I found the course extremely interesting and informative, not to mention enjoyable. With little previous knowledge of the licensed trade and associated legislation, I felt that the course content was relevant and provided me with the basic tools required to carry out an assessment of a licensed premises."
Ann Hyland, Birmingham Best Bar None Project Officer.

"This course is not only extremely important for best practice scheme assessors, it will actually prove invaluable to licensing officers in general as they can gain a deeper understanding of how to assess licensed premises, taking all parameters into account."
